SEQUEL.WORKS accepts returns and exchanges for defective products within 8 days of receiving the product. (Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sale items or limited edition products.)

■About refunds - In the case of cash on delivery payments After we have inspected the returned product, we will transfer the full amount of the product (including consumption tax), excluding cash on delivery fees, to the account you specify within approximately one week.
- If you paid by credit card, the credit card payment data for the order will be cancelled.
If the delivered product is defective, please contact us by phone within 8 days of receiving the product and return it to us. We will exchange the product or refund the purchase price (product price and COD fee) if the product is out of stock.

Terms of Use

Article 1 (Members) 1. “Member” means an individual who applies for membership by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the procedures established by the Company (MOFY Inc.; the same applies hereinafter). 2. “Member Information” means information regarding the Member's attributes disclosed to the Company by the Member, as well as information such as the Member's transaction history. 3. “Service” refers to the online shop provided by the Company to Members on “https://sequel.works/” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company Website”; if the URL changes for any reason, it shall include the website after such change). 4. These Terms apply to all Members using the Service and are the rules to be observed during and after the registration process. 5. Rules regarding the use of the Service posted by the Company on the Company Website shall constitute a part of these Terms. Article 2 (Registration) 1. Membership Eligibility Customers who agree to these Terms and complete the prescribed membership application shall acquire membership status upon completion of the prescribed registration procedures. Membership registration procedures must be performed by the individual seeking membership. Registration by proxy is strictly prohibited. Please note that we may refuse membership applications from individuals whose membership has been revoked in the past or whom we deem otherwise unsuitable. 2. Member Information Input When completing the membership registration process, please carefully read the input instructions and accurately enter all required information into the designated input form. Special symbols, old-style kanji, Roman numerals, etc., cannot be used when registering member information. Should such characters be entered, we will modify them. 3. Password Management (1) Passwords are for the exclusive use of the member and may not be transferred or lent to third parties. (2) Members are responsible for managing their passwords, including changing them periodically to prevent disclosure to others. (3) Any actions taken using a password against our company shall be deemed the member's intent, and all resulting payments or liabilities shall be the member's responsibility. Article 3 (Changes) 1. Members shall promptly notify the Company of any changes to information previously provided, such as name or address. 2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from failure to register changes. Please note that even if changes are registered, transactions already processed prior to the change registration will be executed based on the information prior to the change registration. Article 4 (Withdrawal) If a member wishes to withdraw, the member themselves must complete the withdrawal procedure. Withdrawal becomes effective upon completion of the prescribed withdrawal procedure. Article 5 (Loss of Membership Status and Liability for Damages) 1. The Company may revoke a member's membership if the member made false declarations when applying for membership, failed to fulfill payment obligations for mail-order purchases, engaged in any of the acts listed in the following subparagraphs, or if the Company deems the member otherwise unsuitable. 2. A member shall be liable to compensate the Company for all damages incurred by the Company if the member engages in any of the following acts: (1) Unauthorized use of the member number or password (2) Interfering with the Company's business operations by accessing the Company's website or homepage to alter information, or by transmitting harmful computer programs to the Company's website or homepage (3) Engaging in acts that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of products handled by the Company (4) Performing acts prohibited under Article 7 (5) Engaging in any other acts that violate these Terms of Use or other applicable agreements 3. If a member delays payment of transaction amounts or other monetary obligations arising from this service, the member shall pay the Company a late payment penalty at an annual rate of 14.6%. Article 6 (Handling of Member Information) 1. The Company shall not, in principle, disclose member information to third parties without the member's prior consent. However, the Company may disclose member information or other customer information without prior consent in the following cases: (1) When disclosure is required by law (2) When the Company determines it is necessary to protect its rights, interests, reputation, etc. 2. Member information shall be managed by the Company in accordance with its “Privacy Policy: Commitment to Personal Information Protection.” The Company may use Member information for the purposes of providing services to Members, improving service content, promoting service usage, and ensuring the sound and smooth operation of the Service. 3. The Company may provide information (including advertisements) to members via email newsletters or other methods. If a member does not wish to receive such information, the Company will cease providing it upon notification by the member following the Company's designated procedure. However, information necessary for the operation of this Service cannot be stopped based on a member's preference. Article 7 (Prohibited Acts) When using the Service, Members shall not engage in any act falling under any of the following items or any act the Company deems to fall under such items. 1. Violating laws and regulations, these Terms, the Service Usage Guidelines, the Shopping Guidelines for the Service, or other terms and conditions (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”). 2. Infringing upon or damaging the rights, interests, reputation, or other rights or interests of the Company, other third parties, including intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, reputation, or other rights. 3. Engaging in fraudulent or threatening acts against the Company, other users of the Service, or other third parties. 4. Engaging in acts likely to adversely affect the physical or mental well-being of minors, or other acts contrary to public order and morals. 5. Engaging in acts that cause nuisance or discomfort to other users or third parties 6. Entering false information 7. Sending or posting harmful computer programs, emails, etc., related to the Service 8. Unauthorized access to our servers or other computers 9. Acts that place excessive load on the Service's network or systems 10. Reverse engineering or other analysis of software or other systems provided by us 11. Acts that may interfere with the operation of this Service 12. Impersonating a third party 13. Collecting information about other users of this Service 14. Providing benefits to antisocial forces or similar entities 15. Lending, transferring, or sharing passwords with third parties 16. Acts that directly or indirectly cause or facilitate any of the acts listed in the preceding items 17. Attempting any of the acts listed in the preceding items 18. Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company Article 8 (Service Interruption, Suspension, etc.) 1. The Company may suspend all or part of the Service without prior notice in any of the following cases to maintain the Service in good working order: (1) When necessary for regular or emergency system maintenance (2) When system load becomes excessive (3) When system operation becomes difficult due to fire, power outage, third-party interference, or similar events (4) When the Company otherwise deems system suspension unavoidable Article 9 (Service Modification and Discontinuation) The Company may, at its discretion, modify or discontinue all or part of the Service without prior notice. Article 10 (Disclaimer) 1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Members arising from system interruptions, delays, suspensions, data loss due to failures in communication lines or computers, unauthorized access to data, or any other damages related to the Company's services. 2. If the Company determines that an order placed by a Member violates these Terms or is otherwise fraudulent, the Company may unilaterally cancel such order even after a sales contract has been formed, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Member as a result. 3. The Company does not guarantee that emails or content sent from its web pages, servers, domains, etc., are free from harmful elements such as computer viruses. 4. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members due to force majeure events, including natural disasters, the enactment, amendment, or repeal of laws or regulations, epidemics, infectious disease outbreaks, or other unavoidable circumstances. 5. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from a member's violation of these Terms and Conditions or other applicable rules. 6. In cases where the Company is obligated to compensate a member for damages (e.g., under the Consumer Contract Act or other applicable laws), the scope of compensable damages shall be limited to the total amount of transaction fees for the Service actually received from the member during the one-month period preceding the occurrence of the damage, except where the Company acted with intent or gross negligence. This provision shall apply to all damages, regardless of the cause of damage, including liability for non-performance, liability for non-conformity, obligations to restore the status quo, tort, or other causes. Furthermore, the Company shall not be liable for incidental damages, indirect damages, special damages, future damages, or damages related to lost profits. Article 11 (Amendment of These Terms) The Company may amend these Terms at its discretion and may establish supplementary terms (hereinafter referred to as “Supplementary Terms”) to supplement these Terms. Any amendment to these Terms or the establishment of Supplementary Terms shall take effect upon posting the amended Terms or Supplementary Terms on the Company's designated website. In such cases, Members shall be bound by the amended Terms and Supplementary Terms. Article 12 (Governing Law, Jurisdiction) These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office as the court of first instance.
